While GT Leach has worked in Houston’s central business district for many years, Marlowe will be GT Leach’s first “New Construction” in the downtown area. As with all downtown projects the construction zone is limited. Given this limitation, GT Leach can use its Galleria Astoria project as a guild line in proficiency of schedule and staging all work form the city streets of downtown Houston. Like Arabella, Marlowe’s floor plans do not stack. With the Arabella knowledge, GT Leach has been able to assist the MEP design team and work through the non-stacking issues.
